If they still make money they are not out of touch.Let s face it,they ll make loads of money regardless.Like how EA makes hundreds of millions of microtransactions with all the negative backlash. True, but what is a company other than a group of people? The people who made D1,2 sc1,2 wc3 and wow are simply not there anymore, they've either changed jobs or retired at this point. Blizzard was able to make such high quality games because at the time they hit the magic spot with their team chemistry, skillset and philosophy, but this was 20 years ago. Since then, it's natural that the company has grown and acquired new leadership, almost the entire development and art team will have changed also. But yeah.. basically they suck balls now
