Cho 2 muỗng cà phê vào chảo, phi thơm hành tím băm. Sau đó, cho tôm khô vào xào săn lại.
Tiếp theo cho bí đao vào xào cùng, nêm 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt.
